Jonas brings decades of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to their role as Clinical Director and Owner of MLG Behavior Therapy.
Their approach to ABA is characterized by compassion and collaboraation, rooted in the belief that all individuals, regardless of age or need, deserve access to quality ABA services. This philosophy has been central to their work, shaping their interactions with clients, families, and colleagues alike.
Throughout their career, they have remained dedicated to promoting best practices in ABA, advocating for the rights of individuals with autism, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Their vision is to create brighter futures for every individual they serve, one behavior at a time.
Lead Registered Behavior Technician
Bryce studied at the University of Georgia and was awarded a B.S. in Psychology – AoE Neuroscience with a minor in Linguistics. His passion for the field of ABA began before his tenure at UGA, as he realized at a young age that he wanted to work with children to help them achieve their highest levels of potential. He believes that every child with autism can achieve their highest potential through ABA therapy. He does not like the connotation attached to the term “special-needs” and rather prefers the term “exceptional-learners”, because every child with ASD is exceptional!
Registered Behavior Technician, MSW
Brianna studied at Adelphi University in New York majoring in Social Work. She obtained both her BSW and MSW at an accelerated rate finishing within 3 years and incorporates her social work values with each child she works with. She meets children and their families on their individual level to encourage progress. Brianna believes every child with and without autism is capable of achieving their personal goals and is honored to help in any way. Brianna rapidly becomes a huge part of her client’s support system as she focuses on the “whole” child and not solely their behavior.
